Google PR Updated in October 2009

I have seen that Google updates its PR in the end of October 2009 last week. I am surprised to see that my portal PR is increased from 0 to 3. I checked all my all sites and analyzed that the PR updating is really processed. You can see the PR of my b2b portal that is India Trade Fair.
